Comments:
Just a jont today. Been running a few consecutive and starting to feel tired. Ran down to Cascadilla on Geneva, ran up University across Stewart and then footbridge. Good stuff and some good hills in there. Didnt feel like I pushed it too much.

Ehh probably stretched but really legs feeling fine.
