Comments:
Campus Loop as a warm up, then 4x1200 @ A3 with 30 seconds rest. 3:50, 3:51, 3:48, 3:42. Still feel a bit off on the indoor track. Being in trainers helped the shins. The first two felt very manageable, the third required some effort on the last two laps, and the last one was a good effort for the last 800. Would like to be able to do this session in March and keep all of them under 3:45. 2.75 cooldown on the treadmill.
