I ran at lifestyles on the indoor track. It was an alternative to the elliptical or treadmill machines to warming up for the weights. In just under 11 minutes Fitlinxx calculated that I burned about 22o calories. This is more than the elliptical in 15 minutes! I did 10 stations (upper and lower body). Great work to start new month.
