Weather: chilly and snow!
Comments:
Fort Reno (5 minutes with a fall) , drills (and snow (((ball fight)))).
Ran to brandy wine, down the hill, came back up, ran the 200 fast. Ran back to school tempoish pace (or what felt like tempo up the hill), added on 2 warm up laps at the end.
disclaimer-not sure how accurate the watch is, stopped/forgot to start/forgot to stop. i really need to get my act together timing!
