Comments:
I got home pretty late last night and was very very tired today. Of the just low energy variety. It was kinda chilly out too and that didnt help with motivation to get running outside. I went quite late in the afternoon, started running down Wasson then looped down to Mt Lookout and came back up the hill. It was all pretty slow but I was out there thats what matters.
Essentials: Stretch
Didn't stretch much when I got back. But legs feel alright. I bet they will be sore later. Feel like I just need to sleep to recover them.
