Comments:
After not running Monday I knew I needed to fit something in. I caught the end of the sun light and break In the rain. Pace was actually good I liked the slightly warm weather. I was pretty burnt out from after class and all the stuff going on so taking a release paid off today.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch legs needed something like that today.
