Comments:
2 mile warm up 15:00. 2x2 mile at Wrightsville beach 12:10, 3 min jog, then 12:09. 1st one went out too fast like 5:50 then 6:20, second one was more consistent at 6:05, 6:04. 1 mile cool down, with a quarter mile of backwards running, then good stretch with Tom leading.
