Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmed up for 17 minutes than did 20 minutes of hill intervals keeping speed at 6. Left qd felt the same but at the end of run felt pull in right qd. Should have stopped instantly but went for a few more minutes which might have been a mistake. Starting to feel pull now I am walking around at work. Ahhhhhhh!
