Comments:
Did some telephone poles today. Forgot my asics trainers which probably was not good at all. Used the Nikes and they didn't hurt doing it but the foot sort of hurt after. Solid effort on the workout I was going pretty quick on the ons.
Then we lifted chest and shoulders after.
