15 minutes up, then into the workout with Brent.
3k: 10:35 (5:39 pace)
2k: 6:48 (5:26 pace)
3k: 10:20 (5:31 pace)
1k: 3:22 (5:23 pace)
15 minutes down. The Bowl was a little sloppy but much better than last week. I am very happy with this workout, it may be the best A1 I have ever had. Tired and pretty wiped out now though. It looks like I'll be able to run with Brent just about every day so that will be a huge help.
