  Comments: 
6x800 on the indoor track, alternating between 2:40 and 2:30. Did this with Kurt, Drew, Hoodrich, Phil, Colin, and Ethan. Felt real shitty for the first couple, but actually felt better as the workout went on, which kinda surprised me, but I'm not complaining. Med-ball abs and ice bath afterwards.
