4x1000 meters. times: 3:05, 3:07, 3:05, 3:00. didn't know what i wanted to do so i decided on 4 or 5 1000's and during the workout i saw it best to stay at 4. wanted to do them at 3:15 to 3:20 but im in better shape then what i thought. last repeat i got a lil hyped up for and ran the last 200m really hard. if i knew were i was at i could have broke 3 minutes, damn. oh well it was a good workout.
