Mile run

Comments:
For practice today, I had the guys run for 15 minutes, while the girls had a mile run and a 100 meter dash to see how fast everyone is. Sadly, the guys only got about 1.5 miles in that 15 minutes, and the fastest girl ran 12:22 for the mile....I've got some work to do. I ran with both the girls and the guys during their run, for probably a total of about 2 miles, then warmed up for 10 minutes and ran a mile as fast as I could. If the track is correct, I ran a 5:08, which is probably about right, for being kind of run down and not having done any workouts. Some students were watching and it blew their mind, then I had to race a bunch of them in the 100m dash. I won, and then a bunch more challenged me, so I had to do it again. I remain undefeated, and I think it actually got a few more to come out for the team. We have the first boys meet tomorrow, so it should be fun.
