Weather: Warm....38 degrees

Comments:
Warmest day we have had in a while. By the time I got to run it was still a warm 38 degrees! Did 8 mile tempo (yikes) to be 6:20-6:10 pace. Felt like a whole new person. Really strong and smooth. Went 6:20, 6:10s for the middle 6 miles (as fast as I have raced some 10Ks!) and the last mile I slowed a little to 6:15. Super excited about how it went.
