1.5 mile warmup
2 laps of striders
4x400 with alternating 100s of tempo and race pace- between 63 and 67 except for the one i almost shit myself during.
2 mile cooldown.
ran the 800 workout today for the first time in a while. felt alright, but its not cool running alone.
