four mile loop with odd warm-up

Comments:
Took entire team on goofy loop through Tenley Town including a metro escalator climb. Then ran brisk four mile loop with Spike, Loper, and Banjo... doubling back to observe others. Everyone was in well under 35 minutes... Remarkable! Followed it with 30 minutes of Yoga led by Sookie Kunst. Pace back from Ward was sub 6. Probably averaged 6:00-6:30. Felt very smooth even up Mass Ave. hill. It pays to be fresh.
