Wk 5 = New Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I like doing a big ride, then going to french and then doing a long run.

Feeling stronger these days, figured I had enough of a base built to start upping the mileage. 9 shall be the "long run" for the next little bit.

Was a good day.. new Max speed on flats on the bike (32mph!) and then pumped out a solid 9 miler running. FIRST RUN on the new shoes :)
