Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
8x800 on the track with Tom. 2 mile warm up 15:00, then 10 min of circuit type training. Then 8x800, target pace was 255, first few were excactly 255, then couple 254, then 251, and last one 245. felt a little tired again. rest was the killer started at a 1 min, then 55sec, 50sec, 45 sec all the way to 30 sec between the last two. Not bad considering the rest. 1 mile cool down.
