Treadmill Tempo Sandwich!

By the time I woke up, fell back asleep, woke up again (and watched the long green line on hulu) there was quite a bit of snow on the ground (new rule for myself- don't fall/slip/get injured) so I decided to get on the treadmill and do a mini workout (feeling fresh from yesterday)

Warm up 5 minutes at 6 mph, incline of 1.0
Steady for 20 minutes between 6-6.5 mph incline of 3.5
Tempo for 10 minutes between 7-7.5 mph incline of 2
Steady for 15 minutes between 6-6.5 mph incline of 3.5

Felt good!
