Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
hey don't get greedy I didn't go run and then eat cookies or eat pie, just drove to a nice trail, where my legs feel like they didn't get pounded as much and alot nicer to run. I think I will bust out one long run a week here, because it is more enjoyable...as my treat to make sure this doesn't turn into a chore..Was a little tired because of the hike before...but good nonetheless.
