I saw Dr. Chris Tangen this morning to see what he thought I should do and he seemed to confirm what Darrell Reed told me. I am also supposed to stop taking Ibuprofen, period. I feel a little better about rehab now that it has an actual focus, though the real answer is that I need to do this kind of stuff EVERY DAY, HARDCORE on my own. Darrell Reed told me I should expect to start running in 10-14 days and ... I actually believe it will work this time.

10 min bike
5x 45 sec each side balance on HJ mat
3x 12 each side clams
hamstring stretch with help
hamstring stretch with band
quad stretch
3x 10 sec adductor ball squeeze
3 x 15 adductor machine (105,115,125 lbs!!!)-this was at 35 lbs during XC
