did this workout with the sprinters. 3x300 at 39, 40, 40. then 2x250 in 33, and the second one I made it about 75 meters before something popped in my left hamstring and I pulled up. It fucking hurts. I'm actually really pissed, but I'm not sure what the deal is. It's not the hamstring I kinda fucked up a couple weeks ago either, so I don't know what the deal is. I need to take care of this though, I really want to be able to race next weekend.
