Comments:
15.0 miles with Christa, Rocco, Jason at WB park. Averaged 7:11 per mile, which is perfect for a long run. Felt kind of crappy around 11-12 miles, but then body bounced back and felt better. think i needed some nutrition at that point. Keep long runs at this pace. 7:00-7:15, and distance runs at 6:50 to 7:05.
