Comments:
Felt relaxed but at the same time I could feel the fast pace. I ran early to get the run over with since I only have one run today. Usually in the morning I go really slow because its just a shakeout for the afternoon. But since im not doubling today I just ran my regular pace. It took about a mile for my body to get adjusted to running fast early in the morning but overall it was a good run.
