Week 2 of Philly Marathon Training
Ran 3 miles at comfortable pace. It's definitely starting to take less effort to run 3 miles. Weather was 68 F at around 7:30 PM. My body still heated up rather quickly even at that temp. Ate english muffin with PB 30 minutes before run.
