Parkway Loop backwards

Comments:
Ran parkway backwards with hinkle, joe and paul. The other guys either workedout inside or did the rail trail. Felt cold, stiff and tired from thurs workout but not sore. Chest and nasal congestion getting better slowly.

10X100m strider/sprints on indoor track.
