Comments:
run at home in fairview... took it easy... things actually went better than expected given that the achilles felt tight after driving home... feeling moderately positive about how things are going so far... the best news is that it's not tightening up immediately after i stop running like it was doing a couple months ago... also, i stretched my calves on the ramp after the run, but it felt like barely a stretch, which means that i'm clearly getting more flexible thanks to yoga.
