I was kinda dissapointed with my workout yesterday so I pushed this one a bit. Ran alone which is probably why I didn't rein myself in at all. Just jammed to my ipod and got into a rythum. Felt fine afterwards. Aagin this shows that my strength is there. I wont'b able to lift tomorrow cuz my parents are comming up so it annoys me that I dicked around today and didn't lift. I'll have to make it up Monday
NO extras which is unacceptible because there probably won't be any tomorrow since mom and dad are coming
