Comments:
Was really tired today, I think because I finally got sleep last night. Still a good workout: started with effort based tempos on the track and treadmill 3min-10min-10min-3min with 2 min rest in between. Justine and I had moderate treadmill issues, since we're somewhat less familiar with mile per hour and minute per kilometer paces... but we figured it out. after the tempos we did 2x400 and 2x200 slower than race pace on the track.
