Comments:
The first half of my run of about 25 minutes was all roads, the rest of the 30-35 minute run was just all grass loops and pond loops. We took it a bit fast then slowed it down, nonetheless it was around under 7 minute pace or closer...There so many hills around here, you can never really have a flat run. The hills are every where so it becomes a part of your run everyday. Its tough but it gets you that prepared and that ready for the upcoming season.


Ask yourself: "Can I give more?". The answer is usually: "Yes".
