Comments:
Six on treadmill, felt pretty good. Ran last four at 6:58 and dropped down on the last quarter. Had brief and fleeting periods of relaxation...and this is a GOOD SIGN. Must try to train everything at 7 min pace or better in order to be ready for a sub-90 half at Hospital Hill in June. Stuck indoors for now due to a 6-12 inch snow storm today...will spring ever come???
