Comments:
Campus Loop as a warm up and then out Zion for pickups with 90 seconds recovery. Started out around 5:20 pace and cut it down to 5:00 pace or maybe a shade faster. 16 minute cooldown. Stuck with Brent on all of them except for the last one, because I didn't know we had to do it.
