Treadmill/Strength

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I was told to go steady after yesterdayy
Speed between 6.0-6.5 mph (is it just me or does everything seem a lot slower on a treadmill?)
Incline between 1-3
At about 25 minutes my feet felt uncomfortable...at 32 minutes they started to hurt...yaaaay blisters (so i stopped and did strength)

strength:
crunch progression
planks
3x30 superman
2x20 mountain climbers, 2x20 side mountain climbers
3x30 single leg lunges each leg
8 minute abs, 8 minute buns
long stretch after!
