Coach gave me an all-arms circuit to do with my rehab, so I started off with that.
3x:
15 Pushups
Pullups (6,4,5)
20 Bench Dips
20 Arm Runs
...and I threw in most of what I did in rehab yesterday:
3x15 Adductor (115 lbs all)
3x10 ea. heel touch hip extension
3x12 ea. clams
3x15 ea. hip hikes
Hamstring Stretching on pillar
