Comments:
Ran five miles during my prep period, then got in a huge fight with the other track coach because he only wants to practice hand offs for the boys 4 by 100, and won't let me run them in any workouts. Ran a 533 (one lap on our track) in 1:24, felt better after that. Ran one more with one of the boys. Cooled down for 1 and a third miles.
