normal run

Comments:
today's run felt good, even though it was a little slow compared to my other normal runs. My run on monday felt slow because I was tired from my 16 mile run on sunday, but that was actually one of my faster runs for the past week. This run today though felt pretty much effortless, so I think that I am recovering from feeling a little burned out the past two or three weeks. I've had a kind of rest the past four weeks cause none of those weeks have had mileage over 72-73 miles I think, so I think this last week before school I'm going to run 85 miles. That will give me 1121 miles for the summer which is pretty close to my goal of 1200 for the summer. Probably if I hadn't rested some those four or five weeks during July and then added a few more miles here and there I could have easily reached 1200, but I'm satisfied with what I've done. My work, however, is far from over.
