Treadmillin it up

Weather: kinda hot inside

Comments:
Martin instructed 2 minute intervals at mile pace, so cranked up the incline on the treadmill pretty high and just did as many as i could at the highest speed, which ended up only being 5. Took 2:30 rest in between, really got tough and didn't think I'd finish the last one. Who knows how fast I was going, but it was pretty hard
