shizammm...I had no plan to run this fast, just started out and cranked it up. First 2 miles in 14 minutes, slowed considerably in the 2.5-->3.5 (around 8:30) and then sped up...felt great and horrible all at once. not easy. no major pains the next day, but very tired...
