I hope the streets clear soon, getting a bit bored of staring at the wall//my feet dont like treadmills too much.
Speed 6.2-6.5 mph, Incline 2.5 followed by

crunch progression
planks
clam shells
heal toe walks
lunges
pushups!
Planning on doing some kind of hillish run tomorrow!
