I felt amazingly good compared to my previous day, my chin pains are almost done, still feel it on by left leg. Hopefully they will be done before saturdays workout. Coachs exersisise really do work.
During the work out i felt good in the 200's even though justing and tym were a challenge, the one thousad felt bit more painful, i slipped of on the second lap, need to WORK on my pace. On the mile i did pretty good, got 2 seconds under... need to work on my resitance.. need to start my long runs.
Overall i feel extremly good.
