Comments:
Lifted upper body before, did a few crunches after.

Felt tight at first, took it out slow and gradually progressed over the duration of the run. First half was 21:55 second half was 20:49.

Half way through I hurdled a dog that ran out after me. It then ran after me and bit me. I wish I hadn't cleared it, and istead had landed on that bastard.
