Comments:
After I biked, I ran a mile+ indoors. Chris joined me on lap 3 and we ran until he was done. Did 5x100 strides, stretched, hurdle flexibility stuff, iced, and abs. Overall an extremely easy day...just hope my legs don't act up tomorrow!
