Weather: 51 no rain

Comments:
ran 8 min mile with dog and then jogged back for 2 miles. Then ran a hard 5k by myself that broke my PR by a little bit. 22:25 HR 170 or 92% max. Felt pretty fresh at the end. Could have run faster in a race; also, the fast first mile with the dog had to take a little out of me
