10 minutes warmup 6.0-2 incline

3 minutes hill- 6 incline 5.7 speed
3 minutes cool down-2 incline, 5.4 cool down

3 minutes hill- 7 incline 5.6 speed
3 minutes cool down - 2 incline 5.5 speed

3 minutes hill- 8 incline, 5.5 speed
3 minutes cool down- 2 incline 5.5 speed

3 minutes hill-10 incline, 5.5 speed

10 minute cool down- incline 1- speed 5.0

it felt like a pretty good workout (tired after), kind of improvised along the way but then stuck to the speed. some parts felt too slow/too fast, but it evened out.
i really hope this snow melts soon!! staring at a blank wall is more painful than the workout itself!!!
