Weather: nice and breezy

Comments:
I felt really good once again, my hip hurt a little i guess it from doing a lap backwards, but other than that my legs feel fine. Chin splint are almost gone,, working on my stride trying to open up my legs a little bit more.... (REALLY need to work on that)

work out:

2 mile warm up (including my lap backwards)
2 sets of
30 push ups
30 crunches
30 step up in each leg
45 seconds of step on bleacher
2 -lap cooldown
