Weather: chilly at first, but then really hot half way through
Comments:
i got to practice late because of east winds. went to the canada road loop bridge but kept going straight. i started a fartlik run there, sprinting for one telephone pole, annd easy for one, then sprint for two, easy for two, and up to six. i went 1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4 by the time i got back to west. i had turned around a little before the flashing light hill. my left shin was a little achy but im not worried.
