Decided that I was going to do more than usual this time. Here's how it went:
3x10 knee push-ups
1x10 triceps dips
70 second elbow plank
1x10 each trad. and side crunches
1x10 knee push-ups
1x10 trad. crunches
1x5 knee push-ups
1x10 side crunches
1x5 knee push-ups
1x10 side crunches
for a total of:
50 knee push-ups
60 crunches of various varieties
