Comments:
At Bowdoin Track. 20 * 400 with Todd on 200 rest (400 rest after every 5th one). Most splits at :74-:75 with several :73's and ending with two :72's and a :70. Good workout for first time on the track in a long time. We both could have gone faster but that was probably good not to.
