Weather: sunny, windy, 60 degrees
Comments:
Great run, went with Elizabeth for about 2 miles then we went different ways and I sped up. Steady buildup for the next two miles arriving at a fairly strong tempo pace and carrying that for another mile. Then slowed down a little (but still tempo) for a mile. After that took the remaining 2.5 miles steady. Stayed shod the whole way.
