I ran from the house on my second try at this 2 minute walk/jog program. This time was different from yesterday in that I ran down Tulare Ave. instead of the COS track coarse. It was the same seven walks and seven runs though. My thought on why I am doing this was that I could see my improvements and efficiency as my running progresses. Like the distance I covered has already started getting longer. I clocked it at 2.4 miles today where the COS coarse is about 2.2 miles. Not only did my time go down, but I covered more distance in that shorter time. I may have missed a split and I ran for 4 minutes instead of 2, but that would put me at 30 minutes instead of just 28. That still makes my run almost 4 minutes shorter than Sunday with almost a quarter of mile longer. That is definitely a positive thing
